Presentation Coin Silver Pocket Watch For Issac Serviss of Co. G. CT 15th Infantry & 50th Co. 2nd Battalian Veteran Reserve Corps

Dug presentation coin silver Civil War pocket watch. It was presented to Issac A. Serviss of the 50th Co. 2nd Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps by 9 fellow soldiers. Isacc Serviss Enlisted on 8/8/1862 as a Corporal. On 8/25/1862 he mustered into "G" Co. CT 15th Infantry. He was transferred out on 8/15/1863. On 8/15/1863 he transferred into "50th" Co. Veteran Reserve Corps 2nd Battn. He was discharged for disability on 6/8/1865. He was listed as: * Wounded 5/25/1863 Suffolk, VA. Promotions: * Sergt 11/27/1863 (As of Co. 50th 2nd Battn, VRC) The watch inside the case itself disintegrated in the ground. This watch was presented to Isaac, based on the dates of mustering in and out of the located soldiers inscribed on the watch, between 5/1/65 & 5/15/65. Lowman, Andress S. 14th Regiment, Pennsylvania Cavalry (159th Volunteers) Residence was not listed; Enlisted on 2/2/1864 as a Private. On 2/2/1864 he mustered into "L" Co. PA 14th Cavalry.
